My Story
I'm LuAnne Pinedo-Madden — a proud mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, cancer survivor, and woman of faith with a "never give up" spirit.
I earned my BA from Fresno Pacific University while raising four children as a single mother and working full-time. That same determination drives everything I do today, whether it's serving my customers, showing up for my family, or giving back to my community.
Family is at the heart of who I am. Every year, my sister, my daughters, and I coordinate an all-day tamale-making tradition — about a thousand tamales each time, with months of planning behind every batch. It's a labor of love, and my hope is that this tradition carries on for generations to come.
I'm also passionate about civic involvement and volunteer each year at the Fresno Fair to help register people to vote, because I believe every voice matters.
As an independent business owner with ACN, I help people with the essential services they use every day — including cell service, gas and electricity, internet and television, security and automation, identity theft protection, and health care. I also offer payment processing for businesses. What I love most about ACN is that it allows me to earn residual income while genuinely helping people — and supporting the nonprofits that are close to my heart.
I've made so many wonderful friends along the way, and I hope to make many more — starting with you.
